About Me
I started my career as an artist weaving large scale tapestries. This led to 6 foot color fields on folded paper replacing the woven mohair. Later I tried my hand at painting animals, eventually being selected for a spot at The Sun Valley Center for the Arts.
In time, I found myself in search of a more stable profession and pivoted to Interior Design. I opened Sisu Design creating spaces which incorporated my work in furniture, textiles, metal and glass. I chose to close Sisu in 2020, allowing myself time to explore the power of the pencil, inspired by my love for nature.
